School Attendance Review Board (SARB)
The School Attendance Review Board addresses chronic attendance and behavior concerns. The goal of SARB is to improve students' lives and to assist students and families with whatever difficulty students and families are facing. According to California’s Education Code all children between 6 and 18 years of age are required to attend school, and their parents have a legal responsibility to ensure their child's attendance.
