TULARE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION - EMPLOYEE PORTAL

Effective November 1, 2017, the Tulare County Office of Education (TCOE) will no longer be providing employees with a paper copy of their Automatic Payroll Deposit Stubs. Employees have the ability to view and/or print payroll stubs, leave information and W2s through TCOE's Phoenix portal.

To sign up, a unique PIN issued by our Business Department is required. To obtain a PIN, please contact the Business Department. 

After obtaining their unique PIN, employees will need to create an account in TCOE's Phoenix portal.

The Phoenix portal is accessible on any device (i.e., PC, Mac, Android) that has a Chrome, Firefox, or Safari web browser.
